  • Corporate compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including internal policies.
  • Mergers and acquisitions: Advise on legal aspects of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales.
  • Risk management: Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Employment law: Advise the human resources department on creating employment contracts, handbooks, and labor policies, as well as assisting with termination processes.
  • Intellectual property and disputes: Handle legal matters related to intellectual property and assist with dispute resolution.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to support various business transactions and initiatives.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a legal advisor or in a similar legal role.
  • A strong understanding of legal concepts, particularly corporate and contract law.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is often required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
