Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentations and Training: Deliver presentations and training sessions to doctors, nurses, and practice staff on the application and benefits of advanced wound care dressings.
  • Clinical Support: Provide hands-on demonstrations and support in clinical settings to ensure proper application of wound care products on patients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.
  • Patient Records: Keep detailed records of all patients and the wound care dressings applied, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of outcomes.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activity and products, providing insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with new developments in wound care, including emerging products, technologies, and clinical best practices.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and report feedback from healthcare professionals and patients to inform product development and improvement.
  • Support Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical insights and support the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • Professional certification or licensure in a relevant clinical field (e.g., GNM, ANM, RN, NP).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in wound care.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced wound care products and their application.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills for maintaining patient records.
  • An adaptable work approach to effectively respond to changes.
  • Excellent collaboration and networking abilities.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
