Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years of total professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development, with a minimum of 3 years leading projects involving Deep Learning/Generative AI models.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Programming Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python and its associated data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep Learning Frameworks: Expert proficiency in at least one major deep learning framework: PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow/Keras.

  • Generative AI Specifics: Proven, hands-on experience with:

  • Developing and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT series, Mistral).

  • Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

  • Working with Diffusion Models and/or GANs for image/video/data synthesis.

  • NLP Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of modern NLP techniques, including Transformers and attention mechanisms.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading small technical teams or acting as a technical lead on complex, high-stakes AI projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying Generative AI models on major cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI).
  • Expertise in parallel computing/distributed training (e.g., DistributedDataParallel, DeepSpeed).
  • Prior experience in the specific industry domain (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce).
  • Contributions to open-source Generative AI projects or publications in top-tier ML conferences.
