Human Resource Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various departments, from sourcing and screening to final selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective networking, referrals, and job portals.
- Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the interview process with the respective Directors.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Oversee daily attendance records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Handle leave applications, comp-off approvals, and monthly attendance reconciliations for payroll processing.
3. Payroll Processing
- Coordinate monthly payroll activities including attendance validation, deductions, and incentive calculations.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) and timely salary disbursements.
4. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Implement and monitor PMS frameworks and periodic review cycles.
- Work closely with management to refine performance metrics and link them with incentives/appraisals.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns, maintaining a positive and transparent work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage joining formalities including offer letters, induction, and documentation.
- Administer exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain and update HR MIS, employee records, and statutory registers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
