What are we looking for:

We are looking for an Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist with experience in the Costa Rican market and advanced knowledge in atrial fibrillation, cardiac mapping, and structural heart procedures. This individual will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams, ensuring the proper implementation and development of innovative electrophysiology therapies. They will be responsible for optimizing the integration of advanced 3D mapping technology, improving diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes. Additionally, they must provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialized centers, facilitating the use of new tools and collaborating in identifying workflow improvements within the hospital environment.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences or related.
• English level B1-C1.
• Experience in 3D Cardiac Mapping and Electrophysiology Procedures in hospitals or specialized institutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of field experience, assisting procedures with 3D mapping technology.
• Key skills: Customer orientation, teamwork, technical leadership, effective communication, and strategic relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate studies in Marketing, MBA, or specialization in medical device management.
• Established network with electrophysiologists and healthcare centers in Costa Rica.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in 3D cardiac mapping procedures, ensuring proper implementation of electrophysiology systems.
• Train physicians, residents, and nurses in the use of advanced mapping technologies.
• Support market strategies and technology access, identifying opportunities to expand the use of advanced solutions in hospitals and medical centers.
• Optimize clinical processes through the integration of mapping technology in ablation procedures and arrhythmia diagnosis.
• Participate in identifying key accounts, strengthening relationships with electrophysiology and cardiology specialists.
• Develop action plans based on market performance and clinical sector needs.
• Collaborate with the product, sales, and clinical teams to evaluate growth and training opportunities.
• Comply with regulations and compliance policies applicable to interactions with healthcare professionals.

• Solid experience in 3D cardiac mapping and its application in electrophysiology.
• Market analysis and opportunities for expansion within the hospital sector.
• Commercial relationship management and technical leadership, facilitating the adoption of innovative technology.
• Problem-solving in clinical and technical environments.
• Strategic planning and efficient organization, ensuring proper support for medical teams.
