Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior
TIBCO Integration Specialist
with over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integration solutions using
TIBCO products
, with a strong focus on
Microsoft Azure integration
.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS),
and
Azure services
such as
Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management (APIM).

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to connect on-premises and cloud-based systems, and ensuring seamless interoperability across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust integration solutions using
    TIBCO Suite (BusinessWorks, EMS, Flogo) and Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid)
    .
  • Lead end-to-end migration of TIBCO applications to Azure integration services, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 3 years focused on
    TIBCO products
    (
    BusinessWorks, EMS, Flogo, etc
    ).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Azure integration services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid).
  • Good experience in developing APIs, with a good understanding of
    API security/API gateway usage/gateway policies/patterns
  • Strong proficiency in integration protocols and technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, JMS, HTTP).
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and messaging systems (e.g., MQ, Azure Event Hub).
  • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, particularly TIBCO to Azure migrations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Solid communication skills; should be able to lead design discussions and clearly communicate with IT functional and business partners.
  • Should be able to design and code independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TIBCO Certified Professional or Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with Kubernetes in Azure for containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices.
  • Knowledge of TIBCO Cloud Integration on Azure and its specific configurations (e.g., URL access, IP whitelisting)

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in EDI using TIBCO BusinessConnect or MFT (managed file transfer) using the TIBCO MFT product suite.
  • Prior experience of using TIBCO services for Snowflake data sharing, APIs over Snowflake, and Snowflake ETL.
