Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Payroll Lead Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Payroll and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Impolementation \ Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenarios

Key Responsibilities

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on Techno-Functional experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules primarily on the Below Modules.
  • The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Core HR, Benefits & Payroll
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
  • Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
  • Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
  • Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
  • At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
  • Should have a good understanding on Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
  • Experience in handling data conversions( HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage
  • Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
