Job Summary:

Should be capable of take care of Accounts and managing bill entries in SAP software and optimize the petty cash expenses. Coordinating with all the vendors regarding the payments and managing the inventory.

Accounts & Administration

  • UG/PG in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least proven experience 4-6 years in Accounts and General Administration (Male & Female).
  • Posting and processing Journal Entries in the SAP Software .
  • Ensure all the business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts payable and issue invoice.
  • Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations statement (BRS).
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to Govt norms.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and customers regarding the payment matters.
  • Manage the Petty Cash expenses of the company and cut down the unwanted expenses.
  • Prepare and filling GST,TDS and other taxations every month and reporting to MD.
  • Generating E-Way bills.
  • Prepare quotes and send to customers.
  • Assist the auditors in the Quarterly Financial Audit.
  • Coordinate with all departments and build good relationship with everyone, fulfill their requirements.
  • Manage and control for all assets.
  • Proficient in taxation (Indirect & Direct).
  • Able to work 360 degree.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Should be Fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi (Added Advantage)
  • Professional Email Writing Skill.
  • Should be humble and patient enough to handle the customers at any anytime.
  • Should be sincere and follow the time commitments.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in Accounting in SAP Software.
  • BRS
  • MIS
  • Good knowledge in MS-EXCEL (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table, etc....)
  • Good Team Player & Team Leader.
