React Native Developer
to help us build scalable and high-performance mobile applications that power our logistics operations.

Role Overview
As a
React Native Developer
, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform mobile applications that are
fast, reliable, and user-friendly
. You will work closely with product and backend teams to create mobile experiences that support
green delivery operations at scale
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for Android & iOS.
  • Work with navigation (stack, tab, and drawer navigators), including secure navigation flows.
  • Implement async storage, API integrations, and state management.
  • Optimize performance of lists using FlatList, keyExtractor, and layout optimization.
  • Ensure error handling, offline storage, and smooth UX.
  • Write clean, reusable, and modular code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in React Native mobile app development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+ and React Native core concepts.
  • Solid experience with React Navigation (reset, replace, protected routes, etc.).
  • Experience with AsyncStorage, state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil/Zustand).
  • Hands-on experience optimizing FlatList and Scroll performance.
  • Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, APIs, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Good to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, or real-time data handling.
  • Exposure to startup or product-based environments.
  • Knowledge of native modules (Android/iOS).
