Spinning - Vice President

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the entire spinning division, ensuring operational excellence, cost-efficiency, quality standards, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in spinning, and a vision to drive innovation and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for spinning operations aligned with organizational goals.

3. Drive modernization and automation initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.

4. Operational Management:

5. Oversee daily spinning plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and manpower planning.

6. Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, raw materials, and resources.

7. Implement and monitor KPIs for production efficiency, machine performance, and cost control.

8. Quality & Compliance:

9. Maintain high-quality standards across the spinning units in line with customer specifications and industry benchmarks.

10. Ensure adherence to compliance, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies, and statutory requirements.

11. Cost Management:

12. Drive initiatives to optimize energy, labor, and raw material costs.

13. Prepare and manage operational budgets; ensure profitability through cost-effective measures.

14. People Leadership:

15. Lead a team of General Managers/Plant Heads and support their development.

16. Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

17. Drive training programs for skill development and employee engagement.

18. Cross-functional Coordination:

19. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR for seamless operations.

20. Ensure timely delivery and inventory management to meet customer demands.

21. Sustainability & Innovation:

22. Promote sustainable practices and drive innovation in fiber usage, waste reduction, and green energy integration.

23. Evaluate and implement latest technologies in spinning machinery and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,076, ₹2,548,230.85 per year
