Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Post Graduate Teacher (Commerce) to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a passion for guiding students of Classes XI–XII in building a strong foundation in Commerce.

Responsibilities

Teach Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics) to senior secondary students.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and tests in alignment with curriculum guidelines.

Mentor students for board examinations and competitive exams.

Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to make learning engaging.

Maintain student records, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and faculty development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university.

B.Ed. qualification compulsory

Prior teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.
