Position: Structural Design Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site – Ahmedabad)

We are currently seeking a
Structural Design Engineer
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to contribute to
residential construction projects in the United States
, involving a diverse set of structural systems and design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the
    structural analysis and design
    of residential buildings using wood, CMU, LGMF, and aluminum systems
  • Prepare and revise detailed
    structural drawings and documentation
    in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Perform structural calculations and develop
    engineering reports and technical documents
  • Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure seamless design integration
  • Ensure all designs adhere to applicable
    US building codes and standards
    , including IBC, IRC, CBC, ACI, AISC, and other relevant guidelines
  • Participate in quality control reviews, coordination meetings, and design revisions
  • Support senior engineers and project managers throughout various stages of project delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
    , or a related discipline
  • Solid foundation in
    structural analysis and engineering principles
  • Hands-on experience with
    AutoCAD
    and
    Revit (Not Compulsory)
    , as well as structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RISA, or STAAD)
  • Familiarity with
    US codes and standards
    : IBC (International Building Code), IRC (International Residential Code), CBC (California Building Code), ACI (American Concrete Institute), AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), and general
    U.S. residential building practices
  • Strong
    analytical thinking
    and
    problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing design documentation is a plus
