Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing Data Migration and Cutover activities as crucial program deliverables, ensuring standardization, structure, and central governance. Your role will involve conducting data validations and orchestration following best practices, including technology interventions. You must ensure that the migrated data, including Master, Transactional, and Reference data, aligns with NFTP principles for fit-for-purpose use by defining data quality standards in collaboration with data owners. It will be essential to execute cutover activities, both technical and business-related, with precise controls to minimize disruption to BAU processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the technical data migration lead to manage overall data migration, handle multiple releases, and migrate data across functional work streams. - Identify the data to transition from legacy systems to S/4 HANA, MDG, etc. - Develop core migration deliverables and support testing during migration test cycles. - Segregate Master, Reference, and Transactional data and support program plans for each migration iteration. - Assess data quality with owners and stewards and manage associated migration risks. Qualifications Required: - Excellent project management skills, preferably in agile methodologies. - Prior experience in S4 HANA implementation projects and understanding the data impact on various processes. - Strong knowledge of data migration and cutover processes, including best practices and technology interventions. - Familiarity with finance & accounting processes (OTC, PTP, ATR, TAX, Cash & Bank, Control, and Management reporting). - Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage relationships with senior leadership. - Sound understanding of data ecosystems (master, transactional, and reference) and the usage of data elements in various processes scoped within NFTP.,
