Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Manager based in Cachar. The Human Resources Operations Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Daily tasks include coordinating HR activities, managing personnel records, handling employee queries, conducting staff evaluations, and collaborating with other departments to optimize HR processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR), HR Operations skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and HR Management strategies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
