Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth, organizational transformation, and talent requirements by manpower forecasting, developing hiring plans and hiring as per TAT.
- Drive initiatives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and employer branding.
- Responsible for effective onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop competitive compensation structures and manage annual appraisal & increments.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions and working closely with BU Heads to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Developing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines as per industry HR best practices, and communicating and enforcing organizational core values.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, by identifying capability gaps and implementing learning interventions to build managerial and functional competencies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads.
- Oversee administration of payroll, incentives, and benefits.
- Monitor attendance and highlight absenteeism and intervene in consistent deviation.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Qualifications
Education - MBA - HR - Preferred.
Required Skills
Experience - 8 to 15 years.
