Key Responsibilities:-

  • Tally Software:- Open knowledge of Tally Software.
  • Basic Bookkeeping:- Assist in maintaining financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Bank Reconciliation:- Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:- Support the processing of invoices, payments, and collections in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration:- Work closely with senior accountants and finance team members to ensure all financial operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good understanding of Australian tax laws is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
