Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify & other platforms
  • Product listing, catalog updates & keyword optimization
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch & returns
  • Track sales, analyze data & competitor performance
  • Plan promotions, deals & campaigns for sales growth
  • Manage customer queries, reviews & ratings
  • Improve product content: images, titles, descriptions, A+ content
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards
  • Excel & analytical skills
  • SEO & ranking strategies understanding
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Problem-solving & decision-making ability

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business
  • Certification in Digital Marketing/E-commerce (preferred)
