About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our students/employees. The trainer will play a key role in preparing individuals to succeed in academic, professional, and personal environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette.
  • Conduct workshops, role-plays, group discussions, and activities to ensure experiential learning.
  • Assess participants training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and coaching to participants for continuous improvement.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements where needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in soft skills training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (HR, Psychology, English, or related fields preferred).
  • Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to engage participants through interactive methods.
  • Flexible, creative, and adaptable in training delivery.
