  • Providing Technical Support:
  • Offer first and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, or chat in French and potentially English.
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalation:
  • Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with users regarding issue status and resolution, providing updates and guidance.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all users, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge Management:
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their solutions.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
  • Meet or exceed SLAs for incident resolution and response times.
  • User Account Management:
  • Assist with user account creation, modification, and deletion within Active Directory or similar systems.
  • Software and Hardware Support:
  • Provide support for software installations, updates, and hardware troubleshooting.
