Job Title: IT Support

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

Exp: 3-4+ Years

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

  • Handle Clients end users issue through calls and tickets
  • Should be willing to work in Night shift and weekends
  • Assist in supporting numerous enterprise applications and healthcare solutions
  • Assist in the support and management of service requests
  • Assist in the documentation, resolution and/or escalation of service requests
  • Assist in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware/software
  • Assist in the management of hardware and software inventory
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or I.T. leadership

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Hardware, OS and Networking
  • Should have knowledge on Active Directory and 0365 Exchange
  • Knowledge on Parallels and VDI Infrastructure
  • Interest in obtaining additional technical knowledge/skillsets
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, networks and/or data analytics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical certifications
  • Enterprise hardware/network support experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical office, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), revenue cycle and/or
  • Ancillary services (i.e. laboratory, pharmacy) setting highly desired.
  • Advanced data analytical skills.
