Receptionist/Showroom Host

[BCV JEWELLERS] is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our esteemed gold jewellery boutique. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and showroom traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting and directing all customers and visitors.
  • Managing a multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining a pristine and organized reception and showroom area.
  • Assisting the sales team with light administrative tasks.
  • Providing special care to customers and clarifying their doubts.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments (especially high-value items).

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a high-end retail, hospitality, or office setting.
  • Immaculate professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,500.00 per month
