Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager who can spearhead market expansion, distributor management, and sales growth across their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory, treating it as an independent profit centre.
Develop and expand distributor network; identify, appoint, and nurture new partners. Manage and grow relationships with:
Distributors & accessory retailers Car care detailing studios Premium car wash centres Execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the car accessories industry. Track sales performance, forecast demand, and implement initiatives to boost profitability.
Build and sustain strong contacts across the market, ensuring premium product positioning. Recruit, train, and mentor distributors to scale business operations.
Ensure seamless market coverage through extensive travel and ground-level engagement
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the automotive accessories / car care industry with exposure to leading brands
Proven track record in distributor handling and network expansion
Strong market relationships with retailers, detailing studios, and premium car wash centres Excellent command of English and local language(s)
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L responsibility at the territory level Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and drive market penetration
