  1. Role Summary

The Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead will lead the development of Aquarius Smart Batching Plant Software, combining hands-on coding with team leadership. The role involves system architecture, industrial integration (PLC/SCADA), and delivery of high-performance software solutions.

  1. Key Responsibilities


• Lead and develop software modules for Smart Batching Plant systems using .NET.


• Architect scalable backend systems and optimize user interfaces.


• Integrate software with PLC/SCADA and industrial automation platforms.


• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports or similar tools.


• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.


• Mentor team members and manage project timelines.


• Collaborate with Plant, Design, and Service teams for requirement gathering.


• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control practices (Git).

  1. Qualifications & Skills

Education:


• B.E./
B.Tech
in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:


• 10+ years in .NET development, with 2+ years in team leadership.

Technical Skills:


• Strong in C#, ASP.NET
, Windows Forms/WPF


• Expertise in SQL and performance tuning


• Knowledge of Modbus, OPC-UA (preferred)


• Experience with Crystal Reports, Git, CI/CD
