Workstreams You'd Will Own (Like a Boss )

●     Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring.

●     Building scalable, highly available, resilient, extendable, secured architecture to provide a significant boost to the business

●     Writing high-quality code to achieve business goals.

●     Working with various cross-functional teams to understand their needs, offering them solutions, and setting and managing their expectations

●     Ensuring timely & high-quality delivery. We take code extremely seriously

●     Architect and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions that align with business goals.

●     Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

●     Led and mentored junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

●     Ensure timely and high-quality delivery, conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing development best practices.

●     Advocate and implement best software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code optimization.

●     Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.

●     Optimize engineering processes, simplifying testing, accelerating development, and improving deployment efficiency.

●     Stay updated with emerging technologies, quickly adapting to new frameworks, languages, and tools.

●     Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring long-term maintainability and extensibility of systems.

●     Effectively manage development in a fast-scaling and dynamic environment, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

●     Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and resilience.

●     Ability to think ahead and suggest/improve existing processes like simplifying Testing, faster development, easier deployment etc.

●     Ability to learn new frameworks, and languages in a short period

●     Development with the growing scale of organization and speed amidst flux, there are many initiatives in progress

What makes you a great fit?

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Java.

●     Proficiency in Java programming and the Spring Framework.

●     Experience with RESTful services, SQL databases, and microservices architecture.

●     Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.

●     Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.

●     Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
