Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative
Senior Graphic Designer
with a strong background in graphic design and product packaging. This role will involve designing high-quality visuals for digital and print media, as well as creating impactful packaging designs that reflect our brand's identity and resonate with our target audience. As a senior member of our creative team, you will lead design projects, bring fresh ideas, and ensure our visual content meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:

  2. Create compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

  3. Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.

  5. Product Packaging Design:

  6. Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.

  7. Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brand's identity.
  8. Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.

  9. Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.

  10. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:

  11. Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.

  12. Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.

  13. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand's look and feel.

  14. Project Leadership and Collaboration:

  15. Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  16. Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.

  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align design work with broader company goals.

  18. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  19. Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.

  20. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  21. Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience in creating packaging designs, including knowledge of dielines, mockups, and production-ready files.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and mockup software for packaging (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
  • Creative Skills:
    Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Project Management Skills:
    Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
