Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) – Fresher
Department: Laboratory Services
Reports To: Laboratory Manager – Clinical Operations
Job Summary:

We are looking for a fresher DMLT to join MSCR, primarily responsible for collecting and handling patient samples. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, safe, and timely collection and delivery of samples to the laboratory while following all safety and infection control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood and other biological samples from patients using proper techniques.

Label, document, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory.

Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the collection area and instruments.

Follow biosafety, infection control, and waste disposal protocols.

Assist laboratory staff with basic sample processing as required.

Ensure patient comfort and professionalism during sample collection.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of sample collection and handling.

Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
