  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturdays: Off

  • 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Working

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong network and maintain high-quality exposure within the local market.
  • Acquire new financial advisors/distributors and manage relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure AMFI certification (must be AMFI/NISM certified or willing to complete the certification within 6 months of joining).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advisors.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of financial advisors to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • NISM Distributor Certification Examination completed or willingness to clear it within 6 months of joining.
