Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating theatre.
- Assist surgeons directly during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies.
Assist with patient preparation before surgery and support post-operative care as needed
- Monitor for breaches in sterility and maintain aseptic techniques at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical and anaesthesia teams to ensure smooth workflow.
