Technozis is looking for a talented
ITAM Developer
with hands-on expertise in
ServiceNow IT Asset Management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing ITAM solutions to help organizations gain better visibility and control of their assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize
    ITAM modules
    in ServiceNow.
  • Manage workflows for
    hardware, software, and cloud asset management
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build integrations with
    discovery tools, CMDB, and procurement systems
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    licensing, governance, and asset lifecycle processes
    .
  • Support upgrades, testing, and documentation for ITAM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    ITAM processes
    and
    ServiceNow ITAM modules
    .
  • Experience with
    JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    discovery tools, SAM, and CMDB integrations
    .
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
