We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong foundation in
Supply Chain operations
and a proven ability to work with
Excel, SAP, and SQL
. The ideal candidate will support the Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics functions by analyzing data, creating reports, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Supply Chain Analytics

  • Support
    demand and supply planning
    by analyzing historical data, forecasting accuracy, and stock availability.
  • Assist logistics teams in tracking shipments, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
  • Analyze
    procurement, inventory, and production
    data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to
    optimize supply chain performance
    and reduce operational costs.

Excel-Based Data Analysis

  • Work extensively with
    advanced Excel functions
    including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and IFERROR to clean, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain
    interactive dashboards
    using PivotTables, PivotCharts (Pie, Bar, Line), Conditional Formatting, and Dynamic Named Ranges.
  • Conduct
    trend analysis and KPI tracking
    using structured Excel reports.

SAP (S/4HANA) Reporting & Navigation

  • Navigate key SAP modules (primarily
    MM
    ) to extract relevant data for Supply Chain operations.
  • Use T-codes like
    MB52
    ,
    MM03
    ,
    ME23N
    ,
    COOISPI
    ,
    MC.9
    , etc., for daily operational and analytical tasks.
  • Extract data from standard tables (EKPO, EKBE, MARA, LIPS, VBAK, VBAP) and perform joins using
    SE16H
    .
  • Set up
    batch jobs
    for scheduled data extractions to support recurring analysis and reporting.

SQL

  • Write
    basic to intermediate SQL queries
    to retrieve, join, and manipulate data from relational databases.
  • Create and maintain reports by utilizing SELECT, JOINs (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT), GROUP BY, WHERE, and ORDER BY clauses.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs for planning and logistics teams by leveraging raw data through SQL scripts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management
    ,
    Business Analytics
    ,
    Engineering
    , or related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience
    in a data analytics role supporting supply chain or operations.
  • Solid understanding of
    end-to-end supply chain processes
    (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics).
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
    .
  • Experience working in
    SAP S/4HANA (MM module preferred)
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    SQL
    and relational databases.
