SECTION II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role, being part of the S4 Hana COE, will be responsible to support and implement the Sales & Distribution solutions using SAP S4 Hana collaborating with internal stakeholders, solution providers and implementation partners
.
SECTION III. Key Result Areas

  • IT Adaption & Effectiveness

  • Driving Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT applications in the SD domain (S4 Hana)

  • Ensuring Effective functional user support in respective function based on internal SLA and KPI
  • Supporting Projects / Solution Implementation working along with S4 Hana - SD COE Lead

  • First Point of Contact for support between the IT function and the relevant key stakeholders in the business.

  • Enablement of / Alignment with Business Processes

  • Working with business stakeholders and S4 Hana COE SD - Lead to identify, implement and maintain business enablers using IT applications/solutions.

  • IT Innovation / Awareness
  • Monitoring and evaluating the Functional Area vis a vis IT technologies/applications, Internal Controls and Industry/Process best practices. Driving execution of best practices based on this.
  • Educating the business in the adaptation of IT tools/solutions deployed for the SD domain.
  • Executing Training Programs to improve IT awareness among ATC employees.

Educational Background

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's in mechanical/ production engineering / electrical / Electronics OR
  • Graduate in any Stream
  • Preferred: Certification in SAP ECC / S4 Hana SD Module

Functional/ Technical Competencies

  • Must have experience in SAP / S4 Hana SD module
  • Knowledge of SD Pricing Procedures, Order to Cash Functionality, SD Credit Management, and developing Smart forms
  • Knowledge of End-to-End SD Configuration
  • Sound Knowledge of Order to Cash GST processes
  • Functional Specification Documentation Skills
  • Knowledge of SAP to Non – SAP system interface building is an advantage

Work Experience
