You will be responsible for building robust, high-converting digital platforms for our diverse client portfolio, with a focus on seamless user experience and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional, high-performance, and mobile-responsive websites and landing pages (Pillar 2).

Implement full e-commerce build-outs, including secure payment gateway integration, product data structuring, and complex tax/shipping rule configuration.

Execute comprehensive technical SEO foundations, ensuring optimal site architecture, fast page load speeds, and mobile-responsiveness (Slide 7).

Write clean, secure, well-documented, and efficient code for both frontend and basic backend systems.

Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accurate translation of visual mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces.

Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, cross-browser compatibility, and security issues.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in professional web development. A strong portfolio of launched, live websites is mandatory.

Technical Proficiency: Required expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including responsive design frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap), and core JavaScript.

E-commerce/CMS: Proficiency with at least one major E-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Framer WooCommerce, Magento) or modern frontend library (e.g., React, Vue).

SEO Knowledge: Understanding of core technical SEO principles, including Schema Markup implementation and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical team members and clients.

Job Details

Role Type: Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).

Location: Indore

Work Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM.

Work Days: 6-day work week
