A Day in Your Life at MKS: (Summary & Objectives)

We are seeking a seasoned C4C Functional Junior Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer). The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Experience in C4C implementation and support for Sales, Service, and respective Analytics within SAP C4C.
• Designing, configuring, customizing, and testing C4C.
• Scoping and fine-tuning activities.
• Hands-on experience with C4C transport management.
• C4C Sales Management experience, including Territories, Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Sales Orders, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Pricing.
• Enabling Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Intelligence.
• Services Management with configuration and implementation of Communication Channels, Knowledge Base, Registered Products, Contracts, Tickets, Resource Scheduler, Visits, Service Quotations, spare parts, repairs, Lifecycle, Response Templates, and Case Management.
• Performing activities related to Administration, Personalization, Analytics/Reporting, Cutover, and Go-Live.
• Experience with administrator activities, including adaptations, troubleshooting web-service and SAP Idocs failures, quarterly upgrade processes and testing, email integration, template maintenance, background jobs, exchange rates, workflows, OData service explorer, and approval process.
• Hands-on experience with C4C QA system refresh activities.
• Data load activities for Master and Transactional Data.
• Utilizing Key User Tools (KUT) for Extensions, Layouts, Business Roles, Restrictions, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects, Mashups.
• Code List Mappings and ID Mappings.
• Preparing technical and functional specifications and user training documents.
• Providing workaround solutions for critical issues, root cause analysis, and necessary fixes.
• Proficiency in agile project methodologies.
• Experience in a global company operating in highly integrated systems environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and within a team; motivated and innovative.
• Designing and preparing Mashups, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree required.
