Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist who can manage the front desk, handle client interactions, and support basic coordination activities.
The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and a courteous, service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage front desk operations and visitor records
- Coordinate meeting rooms and schedules
- Handle basic email communication and internal coordination
- Maintain a neat, organized reception area
- Support administrative and sales teams when required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
- Presentable, polite, and confident personality
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and handle visitors calmly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250, ₹600,000.00 per year
