Position Overview
The Senior Manager SAP will oversee the strategic management, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP systems supporting the organisations residential and commercial real estate business.
This role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, and integration with construction management and CRM systems. The incumbent will ensure SAP solutions streamline business operations across project development, procurement, sales, finance, and asset management, aligning technology initiatives with the companys growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the SAP roadmap aligned with corporate and operational goals.
- Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements across all core modules.
- Partner with business leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization through SAP.
- Ensure SAP governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
2. Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead requirement-gathering and design workshops with stakeholders in Projects, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
- Configure and customize SAP solutions (FI/CO, MM, SD, PS) to meet business process requirements.
- Ensure accurate project cost tracking, material management, billing, and revenue recognition for real estate projects.
- Oversee data integrity, master data management, and integration with third-party tools (CRM etc.).
- Support transition to SAP S/4HANA, where applicable.
3. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage SAP implementation projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business process owners to translate operational requirements into system functionality.
- Supervise SAP consultants and vendors, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Drive change management, end-user training, and system adoption across departments.
4. Operations & Support
- Provide leadership for ongoing SAP operations, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Establish internal SOPs and documentation for SAP workflows.
- Ensure robust reporting and analytics for management and statutory purposes.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify and implement automation, analytics, and mobility solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
- Evaluate and introduce new SAP functionalities relevant to real estate development.
- Champion best practices for digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- 14+ years of SAP experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or solution architect capacity.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, and integration across modules.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors is essential.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
- Certifications: SAP certifications in key modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, or PS) are an advantage.
