We are seeking a reliable and observant Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The security guard will maintain a high visibility presence, prevent illegal or inappropriate actions, and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
  • Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security.
  • Write and submit daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards to the appropriate personnel or emergency services.
  • Operate surveillance equipment (CCTV) and access control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and safety procedures.
  • Perform crowd control and assist in emergency situations, such as evacuations.
  • Enforce rules, regulations, and policies as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position is preferred.
  • Valid security license or certification as required by local/state laws.
  • Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹25,891.31 per month
