1. To support procurement of surgical and consumables.
2. To ensure adherence of purchase policies and procedures.
3. To ensure indents are attended within the time frame and orders are issued after completion of all documentation as per policy.
4. To coordinate with seniors team for availability of new products and processing requests as per policy of hospital.
5. Follow with vendors for 100% supplies. Monitoring the follow up process and report exceptions.
6. Escalate systems issues and ensure closure of the issues in coordination with IT and other related departments.
7. To drive negotiations for all surgical and consumables and provide support for pre negotiations preparation and documentation. Coordinate with various stake holders for complete techno commercial documentation.
8. Implement vendor evaluation system and follow up with vendors for improvement.
9. Support making of MIS and ensure submission of MIS on time.
10. Cross functional working with clinical team, finance, billing, purchase, nursing to ensure smooth functioning of the operations.
11. Assist seniors to carry out above activities smoothly in accordance with the SOPs.
12. Joint responsibility with for implementation of surgical and consumables formulary and maintain the same.
Requirements:
Qualification :Diploma in pharmacy/Bachelor of Pharmacy
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience
