Role & responsibilities

• Role Objective
• Responsible for Coordination with agents, donors, donor coordinators, MRD Staff, doctors.
• Responsible for timely forwarding the complete Donor files for Payments Approvals to head office after their Pickup.
• Responsible for transfer of donors timely to various centers as per the requirement
• Responsible for completion and updating of compliance part of Donor documents on daily basis.
• Responsible for on boarding the Donor as per the policies, procedure and requirement of the company.
• Responsible for increasing the footfall of Donors selection.
• Responsible for timely updation of Donor reports and share it with head office on daily basis.

1.8 Responsible for handling Donors and their agents with soft skills and maintain their discipline and separation with patientsat all time.
