Docent In A Culinary Establishment in Kolkata

We are looking for a Docent to join one of Calcutta's leading culinary spaces. The team member shall be responsible for welcoming guests, engaging with them and acting as a moderator during concept-driven lunch and dinner services, making connections with each guest and narrating the art and science of the ingredients and dishes served.
Key Responsibilities
- Detailed story telling at every table regarding the dishes served (training will be provided)
- Assist in creating and curating cultural events around food in Calcutta and outside of the city
- Maintain guest relations and customer relationships, and create a personalized experience for every guest.
- Welcome guests
- Establish guest relations & take care of any needs during regular events
- Assist in service during operations
- Respond to customer queries and messages
- Responsible for creating special moments at the table with respect to the guests and the context.
