We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of HK Public Area Manager in our company, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of public areas and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest changes to improve overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on public area performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications relevant to public area operations.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
