Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest changes to improve overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on public area performance metrics.

Job Requirements
