Truck Hai is a tech-driven logistics aggregator platform connecting brokers, fleet owners, and businesses (MSME, SME, MNC) for goods movement across India. We are building fintech-enabled solutions for our users, including insurance and working capital support, to enhance efficiency in the logistics industry.

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern from a Tier-1 college in India who is currently enrolled and has not yet graduated. This is a 3-month unpaid internship offering a rare opportunity to work directly from the Founder's Office, gaining first-hand exposure to the inner workings of a fast-scaling tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.


• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.


• Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.


• Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and processes.


• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.


• Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:


• Currently pursuing graduation from a Tier-1 college in India (IIT, IIM, XLRI, ISB, FMS, TISS, etc.).


• Must be a current student; applicants who have already graduated will not be considered.


• Prior hands-on experience in HR-related functions (internships, projects, or campus activities).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, Unpaid)

Stipend: No financial assistance; certificate and recommendation letter on successful completion.
