Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Hotel Management with a focus on Food Production, located in Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching university-level courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and understanding organizational behavior. Additionally, the role involves engaging with students, performing administrative duties related to academic programs, and contributing to marketing efforts related to the department.
Qualifications
- Experience in University Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Research
- Knowledge of Organizational Behavior and its application in an educational setting
- Skills in Marketing as it relates to promoting academic programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Doctorate in Hotel Management or related field is preferred
- Experience in the hotel management industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
