Expert Digital Marketer – IT Education Sector
We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our entire digital presence and drive impactful growth across all channels. This senior-level role is ideal for someone who has scaled online course sales, bootcamps, or certification programs, and has managed high-performing campaigns across all major digital channels.
You'll take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy, funnel performance, ad budgets, and campaign execution — from planning to optimization — while aligning with sales, content, and product teams. - Plan, lead, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email, marketing automation, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and elevate our social media presence across key platforms to grow brand engagement and reach.
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs to continuously improve outcomes.
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to optimize performance and spending across channels.
- Conceptualize and execute experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-performing landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and improve funnel performance.
- Partner with external agencies and vendor teams to deliver world-class marketing outputs.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and drive their strategic adoption.
8-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments.
- Experience marketing to both domestic and international audiences.
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, social media strategy, email marketing, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
- Creative thinker with a track record of driving measurable growth through innovative campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MO Engage, Web Engage, SEMrush, Odoo, Active Campaign)
Salary: ₹25–30 LPA (based on experience & skills)

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
(Optional but valued) Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Marketing or Digital Strategy.
8 to 12 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certified
- Proven track record managing end-to-end digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, performance marketing)
- Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.
- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, social media strategy, email marketing, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of tech stack in online learning (LMS, webinar tools, CRM integrations)
- Skilled in funnel building, landing page optimization, and A/B testing tools (Unbounce, VWO, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
