Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web analytics, and conducting online marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating content, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, and communicating effectively with team members to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Conduct market analysis, identify target demographics, and select optimal digital channels for customer engagement.

Content Creation and Management
: Develop and manage engaging content across platforms, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and graphics. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

SEO
: Enhance website content for improved search engine visibility. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and stay updated with search engine algorithm changes.

Social Media Marketing
: Manage social media platforms to build brand presence. Develop strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and utilize paid advertising to target specific demographics using Meta Ad's and Linkedin Ad's

Email Marketing
: Design and implement effective email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer relationship management. Utilize segmentation and track campaign performance.

PPC Advertising
: Execute targeted advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads. Manage budgets, create compelling ad copy, and monitor ad performance for optimal ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting
: Analyze data from various sources to assess marketing strategy effectiveness. Utilize insights for campaign optimization.

CRO
: Identify and implement improvements in digital marketing campaigns, focusing on user experience, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Marketing Automation
: Utilize tools to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring time efficiency and consistent messaging.

Stay Updated
: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to adapt strategies effectively.

Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Brand Management
: Oversee and enhance the brand's online reputation, managing online mentions and engaging with customers.

Qualifications
