Job responsibilities:**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kst Supervisor at Antara Senior Living located in Dehradun. The Kst Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintaining high standards of service. Duties include supervising staff performance, managing scheduling, handling resident inquiries and complaints, conducting training sessions, and maintaining inventory and supplies.

Strong leadership and management skills

Experience in supervising teams and staff management

Knowledge of safety and health regulations

Ability to handle resident inquiries and complaints professionally

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus
