Unit Head - CMS Ops| Chennai

  1. Implement, manage customers on the product customization we provide, charge customers basis agreement we get into and ensure we are profitable on the product OR overall engagement.
  2. Collections Solutions viz. Physical cash & instrument Collections, Electronic Collections, IMPS Electronic Collections, OTC, Payment Gateway, NACH, AllPay, Mandate business on EMI / Premium collection.
  3. Payment Solution viz. Physical Payments, Electronic Payments, Dividend Mandates, IMPS etc.
  4. Escrow Business.
  1. Thorough understanding of Collection, Payments - Physical & Digital.
  2. Review with product for customer offering and improvement in product..
  3. Onboard, implement, monitor the agreed terms between Customer, product and Operations. Ensure charges are collected on agreed frequency.
  4. Review product OR overall profitability with the product team at customer level.
  5. Regular engagement with stakeholders to understand their requirements which they hear from clients to be able to make processes more efficient and effective.
  6. Onboarding of customer and ensure this is seamless. Liaising with Business/BA team for any regulatory requirements which require system enhancement and track it till implementation before the deadline.
  7. Co-ordination with all internal teams like Business, Compliance, Legal etc. on finding of any operational risk and see the best possible ways to mitigate the same.
  8. Liaising with NPCI / RBI Or with respective internal stake holders on regulatory related concerns/issues/ approvals etc.
  9. Ensure all regulatory reporting are done on time ( Like SEBI reporting, Risk based approach KYC/AML etc.)
  10. Co-ordination with Correspondent Banks on engagement and issues /improvements needs.
  11. Co-ordination with vendors in case of any service issue observed or perceive their concern/issues, if any.
  12. Address all pain points highlighted by respective stakeholders and see the feasibility to address/resolve the same.
  13. Audit governance to be followed hereby ensuring all processes and policies are being adhered to.
