We would like to inform you that we shall consider the Any Degree / Diploma/Arts & Science candidates as Engineering Traineesin mainstream at our CR Plant  Oragadam, Chennai.We prefer Any Degree / Diploma/Arts & Science for these positions.

Candidates who are interested in applying should match the following criteria:

1.  The Candidate should be in the final year of  Any Degree / Diploma/Arts & Science  students.

2.   The Candidate should be between 18 and 24  years of age.

3.   The Candidate should be from the current batch

2026 Passing out students will be hired as Intern of 6 Month period with Stipend pay of 17,065 /- Per Month ( Inclusive of 1000 Rupees Attendance Bonus) and followed by 12 months of training where they are paid a Gross Salary of Rs 19,500 /- Per Month ( Inclusive of 1000 Rupees Attendance Bonus).

The company offers  transport facilities, canteen facilities and Hostel for Female Trainees. (95% subsidized food & transport is highlight at our organisation)

All are requested to bring the following documents for the joining formalities:

Xerox copies of all documents

  1. 10th and 12th mark sheets (if applicable)
  2. Graduate / Diploma  certificates (if any)
  3. e- Aadhar card (DOB format: XX-YY-ZZZZ)
  4. Bank passbook (if any)
  5. PAN card
  6. Formal attire ( Formal churidar for females)
  7. Properly groomed hair
  8. Shoes
  9. 8 photos
  10. Health standards :

Ensure weight is between 40kg to 90kg.

Height min 152 cm and above

Eye check up for color blindness shall be done at the plant.
