  • Evaluate learner performance through observations, feedback loops, and progress tracking
  • Offer practical recommendations and ongoing guidance to ensure steady improvement
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Work alongside fellow trainers and program coordinators to maintain a seamless learning experience
  • Share insights, techniques, and success stories to continuously raise the quality of our training
  • Foster a supportive environment
  • Create a safe space where learners feel comfortable discussing challenges and experimenting with new communication approaches
  • Encourage consistent practice and skill application in real-world scenarios
