Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise in Python and Odoo frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on organizational needs.
  • Design, test, and deploy new features in Odoo ERP.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications using APIs.
  • Perform system upgrades, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain clear and well-documented code following best development practices.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements as required.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for internal use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Odoo Developer or in a similar ERP development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
