  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Oversee the design and development of data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data science best practices, tools, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and related technologies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of data science roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists and analysts.
  • Proficient in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science.
  • Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of database systems and SQL.
  • Track record of successfully delivering data science projects that drive business impact.
  • Experience in strategic planning and roadmap development for data science initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
